Legislative Review

It has been a long time since I wrote the members of this fine club. There is more than one reason, but outstanding two are the response that I received over Growing Greener and one of our prominent members telling me that John Kerry would have been a better President than George Bush.

I almost didn’t know what to say, but after recovering from the shock I managed to explain just haw flawed his thinking was. I can’t name him but he shots on the hill.

I hope he has rethought his position at least a little.

I would like to apologies for not bringing more information to you sooner.

No more excuses from me, now is the time for all of us to get together and make our representatives listen to us.

This next election will determine the course of History for the USA and the rest of the world for All Our Foreseeable History.

The schools are teaching revisionist history.

The schools won’t let our children pray but a Muslim may take time to pray

Do you realize that they tell the children that the second amendment only gives the States the right to form and arm National Guards? We must not let these lies be taught in our schools

Even though we have made progress on basic gun laws, the attachments to them are Draconian. For example, you inherit a 357 S&W from your father and decide to take it to the range to try it out before registering it. On the way home you get stopped, the Officer runs the numbers on the gun you are in violation. What’s even worse under the Patriot Act This is a GUN CRIME (5 YEARS Fed Time).

I will grant that most officers are not that harsh but it is within their power.

By the Constitution The Government does not have that power, but they continue to exercise it in violation of Constitutional Law.

In Virginia The ATF and the state police have gotten together and been harassing gun shows to the point that the shows have lost over 25% of their business. This is also a violation of civil liberties being perpetrated by the people charged with protecting them.

In Louisiana, Just after Katrina The police and National Guard were sent out to confiscate all weapons from civilians. You will also be able to get all your legislators Name Addresses Phone # and email addresses there. For those of you who have a problem with that I will post them in the club house ONE MORE TIME. Please don’t take them Make copies, and don’t let ANYONE Throw them away again.
